Andy+Milla at Psychro

@ Lasithi plateau - we stopped by the village of Psychro and visited this very rural restaurant, run by an old couple. The waitor, Zaxarias, helped us with our order and serving it in small chunks, so much his weary head could keep together at the same time... the oldest and coolest waiter we ve seen in ages. Slow food at its best! Slow ordering, slow cooking, slow serving, and slow accounting.... Nothing for the stressed out big city dwellers of the northern hemisphere -- let Zacharias grace lay its beneficial effects on everybodys everyday life....
