Ola, Jens and me at Wooloomooloo restaurant

So the three of us having our first beers after a hard week in China....
After our visit at the Hard Rock Café in Hong Kong, we hit the streets in search of good food; after a bit of walking and asking, a restaurant named 'Wooloomooloo' appeared as a very cool alternative. Indeed, this was 2008:s best entrecôte (or is it called "sirloin steak"... in England, the home of demented food culture), perfectly made, medium-rare that would even satisfy Gordon Ramsey (can't someone just shoot down that sucker..., btw...?) .
